Your 10 year peace of mind
Each SevenHomes property comes with a 10 year Checkmate Warranty which will cover any build problems with your new home for up to two years after completion, as well as covering any structural issues for a further eight years. This gives you the peace of mind that your property is protected, enabling you to sit back and enjoy your new home.
Customer Care
We are committed to providing the highest quality of customer care, right from first enquiry through to completion.
After you exchange on your SevenHomes property, you will be handed over to a dedicated customer care manager who will take you through the rest of your journey to completion. They will be on hand to inform you of the progress of your new home and any options available to you. As your main point of contact, they will be able to answer any questions you may have before and after you’ve moved in.
After completion, your customer care manager will welcome you to your new home and take you through anything you might want to discuss.
