With the recent addition of several acclaimed West Midlands restaurants in the 2018 Michelin Guide, we’ve taken a look at some of the very best eateries in the region to suit every taste.
Great Britain – The Wilderness
Dudley Street, Birmingham
Wilderness is a small and unusual restaurant that serves modern, British fine dining from home grown ingredients. Impressive reviews have led to a six week waiting list for a table. To cope with the demand, the restaurant is planning a move to Bennetts Hill, in the heart of the city centre, for early 2018.
America – The Church Inn

Situated on the edge of the popular Jewellery Quarter area of Birmingham, The Church Inn could be mistaken for a regular pub, but instead offers a culinary twist. France – Bistrot Pierre
