SevenHomes Exchanges Option Agreement On 380-Unit Residential Site In Fazeley, Tamworth
12th May 2023SevenHomes, the regional housebuilder by SevenCapital Group, has exchanged an option agreement to acquire a residential site in Fazeley, near Tamworth.
Situated on land off Dama Road, the 39 acre proposed development site will deliver a range of housing, including market and affordable dwellings, as well as open space, new children’s play areas and sustainable drainage systems.
Located in the county of Staffordshire and just one mile south of the market town of Tamworth, Fazeley benefits from a good standard of primary education served via Millfield Primary School and Longwood Primary School, as well as excellent road links to Birmingham city centre just over 30 minutes’ drive away.
