SevenHomes Submits Planning to Deliver 40 New Homes in Keresley, Coventry
23rd Nov 2022SevenHomes, the regional housebuilder by SevenCapital Group, has submitted a planning application to Coventry City Council to deliver 40 brand new homes in Keresley.
Located off land between Fivefield Road and Tamworth Road, the proposed development will introduce a collection of two, three and four bedroom homes to the local area, 25% of which are earmarked as affordable housing.
Ideally positioned on the edge of Hall Yard Wood’s ancient woodland, the development will enjoy the best of both worlds with a semi-rural village setting and quaint local amenities on its doorstep, coupled with quick and easy access to nearby Coventry city centre just three miles way.
A planning decision for the proposed development is expected by summer 2023.
