Planning Submission Marks Latest Milestone For SevenHomes Development In Baginton
21st Jun 2022SevenHomes, the regional housebuilder by SevenCapital Group, has submitted a planning application to Warwick District Council to deliver 66 brand new homes to Baginton.
The new development, named Sowefields, will feature a mix of two, three and four bedroom homes.
Situated on land off Rosswood Farm on Coventry Road, the 5.4-acre development site will bring much needed new homes to the local area.
