SevenHomes Exchanges Contracts On 60-Unit Residential Site In Baginton

Situated on land off Rosswood Farm on Coventry Road, the proposed development will deliver circa 60 new homes to the local area, providing a real opportunity for residents to get onto or move up the property ladder.
An outline planning application for the 5.4-acre development site will be submitted to Warwick District Council in Q2 2022.
