Great Britain – The Wilderness Dudley Street, Birmingham Wilderness is a small and unusual restaurant that serves modern, British fine dining from home grown ingredients. Spain – El Borracho de Oro Harborne Road, Edgbaston Authentic Spanish food and great service has made El Borracho de Oro a popular eatery in a prime location between the thriving Five Ways and Edgbaston areas. The restaurant proudly supports its city, with many of their ingredients sourced locally from the famous Birmingham wholesale market. France – Bistrot Pierre Gas Street, Birmingham Overlooking Birmingham’s busy canalside, traditional French eatery Bistrot Pierre is situated in a beautiful Grade II listed building in one of the city’s most popular areas.
