COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Prior to submission of the planning application we consulted local stakeholders and residents at a community exhibition at Cadbury Hall. We followed this up with further consultation with the Parish Council, Gloucestershire County Council and Stroud District Council prior to submission of our planning application.

LATEST MILESTONE
A planning application was submitted in February 2022 and we continue to work pro-actively alongside Stroud District Council as the site progresses through the Local Plan Review.
KEY FEATURES
80 brand new detached, semi-detached and terraced homes, comprising 24 affordable homes for rent and purchase.
13.5 Acres - greenfield development site
30% of the new homes will be provided on-site as affordable housing. The development will also contribute circa �665,000 in Community Infrastrucutre Levy contributions as well as additional S106 financial contributions which are to be confirmed with Council prior to planning permission being granted.

Frampton on Severn
Located in the heart of the picturesque Severn Vale, Frampton on Severn is a charming village with a rich history. One of the most notable landmarks in Frampton on Severn is Frampton Court, a Grade I listed country house which hosts the annual Frampton Country Fair. Frampton on Severn also boasts one of the largest village greens in England, covering approximately 22 acres. The green is a focal point for community events and activities, including cricket matches and summer fairs. New housing development in Frampton on Severn has been limited over recent years, and development of this site provides an opportunity to deliver much needed family and affordable housing to help boost the vitality of the village and the surrounding rural economy.
