COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

We are working with consultees, to provide a brand new Cricket Club and Clubhouse in the Stirchley area. This will bring with it an improvement to residents. We look forward to working with the Council to facilitate development, and engaging with residents via Public Consultations.

LATEST MILESTONE

We are currently promoting the site, with the view to bring housing development for approximately 57 homes. We will ensure a simultaneous transition to release Lyndworth Cricket Club to their new home.

Nestled in the neighbourhood of Stirchley, the Lyndworth Cricket Club represents a unique opportunity to not only provide needed housing in the area, but also to source a state-of-the-art and all encompassing Cricket Club relocation. Lyndworth Cricket Club has been in operation since 1920, with housing slowly engulfing the perimeter of the site, meaning that local team Tyseley Knight Riders are unable to expand operations. SevenHomes are proud to be able to release the existing premises for housing, which will allow the club to realise their growth ambitions, and provide a significant improvement to the residents of Stirchley, in the form of both meeting housing need and improving local facilities.
